Defining performance indicators of health, in a market economy, is a complex problem because at different levels of health care services there can be different priorities.
In this paper the economic analysis of the Public Institution "Regional Children's Hospital" (KU CSTO).Also, the technique and analysis of financial costs assessment are shown to refine the optimal allocation of the institution expenses.
