Summary:The article describes a clinical case of benign myoclonic epilepsy of infancy in a child with cerebral palsy. Prospective observation of a patient (2 years duration) with perinatal pathology and development afterwards of spastic-hyperki-netic form of cerebral palsy and occurring epilepsy in infancy, corresponding of electro-clinical characteristics of idio-pathic generalized epilepsy — benign myoclonic epilepsy of infancy. Probably, it is the first description of such clinical case in literature. The author noted the necessity of correct syndrome diagnosis of different forms of epilepsy in children with cerebral palsy
