Description
Summary:Summary. The article presrnts data in relation to the autophagy and crinophagy in adenohypophysis of rats under the the condition of burn disease theatment’s by the infusion of lactoprotein with sorbitol. Established that intravenous infusion of lactoproteinum with sorbitol under the experimental burn disease in rats leads to structural transformations of histohematic barrier when friendly activity of vascular wall cells and endocrine cells ensuring the formation of “collateralization membrane complex” in the adenohypophysis.Introduction lactoproteinum with sorbitol inhibits structural manifestations of cell death and promotes the preservation of life adenohypophysis endocrine cells by attracting mechanisms of autophagy and crynophagia. When crynophagy (as distinct from autophagy) previous isolation areas endocrine cell cytoplasm of secretory granules of adenohypophysis with membrane elements does not occur, while incorporation of the contents of lysosomes in secretory granules is carried out under conditions of genuine merger of the two organelles.
