| Summary: | The goal of this study is to analyse the Polish regulation of nursing homes from the perspective of an aging society. The respective chapters present the structure of nursing homes, the principles of referring people thereto and the payment for the stay therein. In the last chapter, all considerations are summarized. The de lege ferenda postulates concerning the subject matter are also presented.
