| Summary: | <p align="justify" ><b>Resumo:</b> Este artigo apresenta uma das formas inovadoras de conceber e analisar as políticas de proteção social, recentemente surgidas na literatura internacional. Posteriormente, vislumbra-se a articulação dessas análises com a dinâmica de estruturação do sistema de proteção social brasileiro, em especial o Sistema Único de Assistência Social - SUAS. Esse sistema encontra-se inserido numa trajetória histórica que influencia e direciona as políticas de proteção, dando-lhe determinadas características e especificidades. Por fim, este artigo busca estabelecer paralelos com a implantação do SUAS nas regiões Norte, Noroeste, Vales do Jequitinhonha e Mucuri, do Estado de Minas Gerais.<br><br><b>Abstract:</b> This article presents one of the innovatory forms of analysis the systems of social protection that recently appeared in the international literature. Subsequently, that discussion will be articulated with the dynamic of the structuring of the Brazilian system of social protection, in special the Public System of Social Assistance - SUAS. This system is inserted in a path dependency, which influence the Brazilian system of social protection, giving those certain characteristics and specificities. Finally, this article aims to establish parallels with the introduction of the SUAS in the regions North, Northwest, Valleys of the Jequitinhonha and Mucuri of the state of Minas Gerais.</p> |
