Description
Summary:To purpose of the study was to research the level of regulatory T-lymphocytes (Treg) in lymphoproliferative diseases, and to evaluate their response to chemoradiotherapy. 71 studies of peripheral blood in patients with Hodgkin's lymphoma - HL (7), non-Hodgkin's lymphoma - nonHL (33) and chronic lymphocytic leukemia - CLL (31) were carried out. The phenotype of Treg cells was determined by flow cytometry as a CD45+CD4+CD25+CD127-. The increased levels of regulatory T-cells in lymphoproliferative diseases (HL, NHL and CLL) are detected, as well as their relative resistance to the components of chemoradiation therapy.
