description Methodology for calculation of economic efficiency in implementation of TPP automatic control innovation systems has been developed in the paper. The given methodology allows to prioritize the implementation of the proposed technical solutions and also calculate an economic effect of the introduction of a concrete innovation project, assess profitability of license acquisition, determine  amount of annual payments to a licensor and a licensees effect due to implementation of innovative projects in the field of automation of TPP technoilogical processes.
