| Summary: | The aim of this article is study on the marital quality and social and economic characteristics affecting on the marital quality. Statistical population of cross-sectional survey was married in Tehran. Multi-stage cluster sampling method was used and the instrument was questionnaire and used pearson correlation, variance analysis, mean differences and multivari ate regression. The results show that: Positive dimention of marital quality have been reported in the 67/5% of respondents in high-level and in the 32/5% in mid-level and lower. negative dimention of marital quality have been reported in the 85/3% of respondents in low level and in the 14/7% in high and mid level. There are differences in the impact of social and economic factors on the positive and negative dimentionss of marital quality. multivariate analysis indicated that Generation and income have a higher explanation power and socio-economic variables explain a small percentage of marital quality.This finding show need to study the influence of Structural, communication and individual factors. According to results of research were presented executive and studies recommends. |
