description Article deals with pressing questions of construction and the organization of modern intellectual information systems. We briefly consider some problems of using such new interdisciplinary scientific directions as synergetics and an artificial intellect in systems of knowledge management. The short analysis of hybrid systems and technologies of processing of the knowledge based on a combination of the fuzzy logic and methods of genetic search is depicted. Advantages and prospects of using methods of an artificial intellect and multiagent systems models in developing of knowledge management systems are considered.
