description | With the deep development of baseline spectrum or severe spectrum, it is necessary to use the measured data to develop the load spectrum in spectrum developing method and life scatter factor. Based on the normal distribution theory, the factors that affect the dispersion of fatigue life are discussed. For the difference between the baseline spectrum and the severe spectrum, the idea and method of the conversion between the baseline spectrum and severe spectrum is proposed. The comparative analysis of the spectrum conversion factor between the baseline spectrum and severe spectrum developed by measured data is performed. The results show that the method can realize the conversion value of dispersion conversion coefficient between baseline spectrum and severe spectrum. |
