Analysis of phenolic compounds in soil using ionic liquid aqueous solution as extractant coupled with ion chromatography(离子液体水溶液萃取-离子色谱测定土壤中酚类化合物)

建立了离子液体(氯化1-辛基-3-甲基咪唑([Omim]Cl))水溶液萃取-离子色谱测定土壤中酚类化合物的方法.研究了离子液体水溶液的浓度,萃取时间,固液比等因素对萃取效率的影响;对比了离子液体与传统萃取溶剂的萃取效率;优化了离子色谱同时测定5种酚的最佳色谱条件.在最佳条件下,离子液体对2, 4-二甲基苯酚、对硝基苯酚、2-萘酚、2, 4-二硝基苯酚及双酚A 5种物质的萃取效率在75%以上;该方法具有较低的检出限(1.8~4.2 µg •L-1, S/N = 3).将该方法用于实际土壤样品的检测,回收率为85.18%~98.23%....
