The Arab were also aware of it before Islam and there were so many professionals and experts called hajjam in this territory. The prophet Peace be upon him came with two type of Medication spiritual medication & physical medication' for spiritual medication he stressed on Quran and Sunnah and for physical medication he advised his followers to practice alhijama and presented himself as role model in this regard by acquiring this method of medication. We see that a lot number of Hadith stressed on it and is considered as divine method of treatment.
In this article alhijama Blood Cupping Therapy' its historical background and its practice as a way of medication will be discussed in the light of Al-sunnah Al-Nabavia. |
