Summary:For the case of the gear tooth broken,which belongs to the bucket wheel reclaimer,by using COSMOS finite element analysis method,the details of the failure is scientifically analyzed.The broken tooth is repaired by using the laser overlaying welding technology.The results of repair show that the application of laser remanufacturing technology in the parts restoration works of hoisting and conveying machinery is of great significance in engineering,it can not only ensure the safety and reliability of the repaired parts,but also greatly reduces the enterprise production operation cost and improves the production efficiency.
