description Objective: To describe a step-by-step approach to using the Aquablation surgical modality for treatment of BPH Design: Video presentation Setting: American University of Beirut Medical Center, Beirut, Lebanon Patient(s): The patient undergoing the procedure signed a written informed consent for audio and video recording Results: Operative time was 40 minutes and estimated blood loss was minimal. No post operative complications were encountered. IPSS score at three months was reduced by 16 points. PVR at three months was 0. Ejaculation function was preserved. Conclusion: Aquablation is a safe and effective robotic surgical modality for the treatment of BPH, which allows preservation of ejaculatory function through verumontanum-sparing surgical planning.
