No post operative complications were encountered. IPSS score at three months was reduced by 16 points. PVR at three months was 0. Ejaculation function was preserved. Conclusion: Aquablation is a safe and effective robotic surgical modality for the treatment of BPH, which allows preservation of ejaculatory function through verumontanum-sparing surgical planning. |
