Summary:This article presents an articulation of the components of the teaching-learning process for the development of motivation to study. From contemporary trends in the Latin American context on learning, developing learning, the vision of learning motivation as its dimension and the classification of the motivation to study is prepared, and implemented a tool for its characterization in Science in Education Bachelor, Educational Psychology and Vocational Guidance. The results obtained, demanded to the author a detailed work about the educational components of the class as essential to encourage "good motivation".
