description As a first endeavor, bending analysis of tapered nano wires with circular cross section is investigated. Differential quadrature method (DQM) is employed to solve the governing equations. Different parameters such as nonlocal parameter, length and radius of tapered nano wires are also considered. The results of present work can be used as bench marks for future works.
