The Guapuruvu is native of Forest Atlantic and the isolated leaves has used successfully in the assessment of genetic di-versity. The objective of this study was to develop a new and faster protocol for DNA isolation using seeds of these species. The proposed protocol showed bet-ter qualitative and quantitative results in re-lation to the sources previously evaluated for E. crista-galli and the average time of the technical implementa-tion was significantly lower. |
