Description
Summary:This research is concerned with Imam Ahmad Ibn-Hanbal’s criminal fiqh (jurisprudence,. It deals with eleven issues on crime. The research investigates Almarruuthiy’s narratives of the issues in question. It also compares them with the narratives of others that reported those issues.
