Preparation of glucopyranosylamines in the pipeline reactor(管道化制备吡喃葡萄糖胺类化合物)
以葡萄糖和有机胺为原料,采用管道化反应器合成了 3种吡喃葡萄糖胺类化合物:N-(2-羟乙基)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖胺、N-丁基-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖胺和N-环己基-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖胺,收率分别达到94.3%、98.1%和95.7%,所得产品纯度高,色泽好,产品分别通过ESI-MS、IR和1H-NMR进行了表征.并重点研究了N-(2-羟乙基)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖胺的合成工艺,较优的工艺条件为:甲醇水溶液作为反应溶剂,乙醇胺与葡萄糖摩尔比为1.1,反应温度为70 ℃,反应压力为1.0~2.0 MPa....
