Preparation of a new weakly acidic cation exchanger and the evaluation of cations by non-suppressed ion chromatography(新型弱酸性阳离子色谱柱的制备及非抑制型离子色谱法电导检测)

制备出一种新型弱酸性非抑制电导检测阳离子色谱固定相,并通过对色谱条件的摸索选择,成功实现了常见一价、二价阳离子的分离检测,以及过渡金属离子Ni2+,Mn2+的分离检测.选用甲基磺酸溶液(2 mmol • L-1)和草酸(0.5 mmol• L-1)的混合液作为流动相,一步分离并测得了Li+、Na+、NH4+、K+、Mg2+、Ca2+ 6种阳离子的检测限和线性范围.选用酒石酸(2 mmol• L-1)和草酸(1 mmol • L-1)的混合溶液为流动相,成功分离并测得了过渡金属离子Ni2+,Mn2+的检测限和线性范围.用于雨水分析,实验结果良好,应用效果令人满意....
