Being a multilevel concept the enterprise’s management quality depends on among other leaders’ competence, enterprise’s adaptation to environment changes and its competitiveness. As the major ways of solving the problems of raising the management quality it is suggested to change the cadre policy, to implement the managerial innovations, to be concentrated on providing coherence in the work of the administrative staff machinery, to use the ways of formal and informal management. |
