description In this paper, we present a DSS and a SD tools. At first it measures knowledge worker productivity; secondly, it defines causes of knowledge worker productivity in exist status; thirdly, it presents solutions for promotion of knowledge worker productivity from exist status to optimum status and finally; it analyzes by SD tools and simulates in Vensim Software. These steps establish the three-phase algorithm and this algorithm has been tested in Alupan Company.
