Description
Summary:This text seeks to approximate the Colombian armed conflict. Without historical, chronological or thematic tracking, it is sought to emphasize the absence of philosophy to think about peace in the Colombian context. To do this, we will first make a brief presentation of the Ricoeurian method known as hermeneutics of the symbol, in order to use this methodology in the combined case. Secondly, we will address what we have called The Symbolic of Evil in Colombia. There we will display two of the main symbols of evil, which are not erased from our collective imagination, emphasizing how war, evil and barbarism become displays of peace from art; be it storytelling, painting, poetry etc. Peace implies forgiveness and recognition on both sides, so art and philosophy are the best means to start creating a new route to the cessation of war.
