Summary:In order to solve the problem of coarse coal separation in coal cleaning plant,improve the effect of coarse coal separation,an inflatable liquid-solid fluidized bed separator is developed on the basis of the principle of gravity floating coupling for the coarse coal,and the separation tests are conducted for coarse coal with size of 1.000~0.125 mm in the lab.With the increase of the superficial water velocity,aeration quantity and frother dosage,the fine coal ash,the fine coal yield and the recovery rate of the combustible body are all increased.When the superficial water velocity is 30 mm/s,aeration quantity is 0.36 m<sup>3</sup>/h,and the frother dosage is 0.062 85 mmol/L,the separation effect is the best.Compared with traditional liquid-solid fluidized bed separation test,it can be seen that the production rate of each grade in the clean coal is significantly increased,and the yield of each grade in the tail coal is significantly reduced,and the recovery rate of coarse particles is increased by 29.12%,and the <i>E</i><sub>p</sub> (Ecart probable) is 0.08,and the separation effect is significantly better than that of traditional liquid-solid fluidized bed separator.
