General stability result in a memory-type porous thermoelasticity system of type III

In this paper, we consider a one-dimensional porous thermoelasticity system of type III with a viscoelastic damping acting on one of the equations. We establish a general decay result for the case of equal as well as different speeds of wave propagation.
