| Summary: | 48 patients (all men) hospitalized on account of CCI stages II B stage by Strazhesko-Vasilenko were examined. Clinical effect of trimetazidine in dosage of 60 mg daily was investigated. It was proved that inclusion of the medicine in complex therapy of coronary deficiency contributes to improvement of miocardium inothrope function. These positive changes have to do with trimetazidine’s positive influence on lipid peroxidation and blood reology in examined patients. |
