description This paper aims to draw parallels between the works of Max Weber and Karl Marx, demontrating their acquiescences and objections on Law and State. This study assumes that both authors are, each in their measures, critics of capitalism and the society that forms around its Mode of production. For such, this paper attempts to analyze the similarities, disagreements and parallel discussions between Marx and Weber regarding to outline what would be a so called possible "Weberian Marxism", and how it epistemologically occurs on Legal Sociology.
