Beyond Fear: the Horror’s Tale
After an analysis of the different concepts of terror, horror and trauma, the essay explores the possibilities of constructing testimonies of collective violence, taking as a key-example the killings and tortures occurred in Cambodia during Pol Pot regime and the victims’ stories.
