Analyzes essentially the UN Secretary General’s reports produced between 2004 and 2014. Reconstitutes the process of political and social unrest that led to the need of the mission in Haiti. It takes into account the overlap of local, regional and global crises in these ten years and considers the maintenance effort as genuine global governance. |
