Description
Summary:Regional economic growth has an important contribution to national economic growth. One of the indicators of a region having a good level of economic growth is the increase in the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) of the area. By using a panel data approach in ten provinces in the Sumatra Region, the results obtained that Regional Original Income does not have a significant effect on GRDP, while the General Allocation Fund, Special Allocation Fund, Foreign Investment, and labor have a positive and significant influence on GRDP. The best model for estimating the Regional GRDP of Sumatra is the Fixed Effect Model (FEM).
