For this purpose two views, integral one to another, are embraced: on the one hand, the examination of the legal texts in that period; on the other hand, its real enforcement according to Cordoba’s City Council records. The findings of this study show the presence of social exclusion areas that are not self-evident through a mere formal analysis of legal texts.</p> |
