以偏侧肢体舞蹈样动作为脑梗死首发症状的Trousseau综合征1例并文献分析A Case of Trousseau Syndrome with Dancing Movements of Lateral Limb as the Initial Manifestation of Cerebral Infarction and Literature Review
以突然发病的偏侧舞蹈样动作为主要表现的脑梗死临床上并不多见，该病例资料详实、结果可靠，可以为临床提供很好的参考。更值得注意的是，报告的病例还是进展期直肠癌患者，其血液中糖类抗原199、D-二聚体和纤维蛋白原水平升高，提示患者血液的凝固性升高，而且缺乏高血压、糖尿病、高血脂及大动脉粥样硬化等脑梗死的危险因素，进一步提示患者丘脑梗死的发生很可能与直肠癌有关。癌症患者容易发生血栓栓塞现象，很早就被法国医生Armand Trousseau所发现，并称之为Trousseau综合征。随着临床研究的深入，越来越多的研究已经证实癌症患者发生脑梗死的风险明显比健康人群升高，因此癌症相关脑梗死的临床特点及其发病机...
