Summary: | The paper is devoted to the features of self-renewal of the pine forestry in the artificial plantings on Kedrovsky coal minedumps. A high frequency ofsubgrowth formation in various gradations of crown density of forest stands of the II group of age is established. Optimum conditions for subgrowth develop at 30 % crown density, the optimum combination of ecological interrelations between forest stand and subgrowth is reached at 50 % crown density. Pines’ invasion into adjacent free sites happens sporadically and is no process of forest formation at this age stage. |
