| Summary: | Status of peripheral blood erythrocytes was studied in 51 children aged 8 to 12 years with connective tissue dysplasia (CTD). There were re vealed modifications superficial architectonics of red cells, decreased thiol groups and lipoprotein complex, increased content of diene conjugates and antioxidant activity. Structural and metabolic abnormalities of peripheral blood erythrocytes in 13% children with CTD were accompanied by anemia. |
