Civil judiciary is not limited to the notion of useful "cooperation" between judicial authorities in different Member States in the context of ongoing litigation. Instead, more far-reaching (and politically sensitive) measures are envisaged, such as measures to harmonize the rules of civil procedure and the effects of judicial decisions outside the borders of the Member State making the decision. |
