Para abordar esta cuestión, se llevará a cabo un doble estudio paralelo. Por un lado, se acudirá a algunas reflexiones que autoras como Alicia H. Puleo, Yayo Herrero, Vandana Shiva o Val Plumwood han elaborado acerca del binomio cultura-naturaleza. Por otro, se analizarán las obras de cuatro pintoras figurativas europeas contemporáneas que están trabajando en torno a la inquietante extrañeza freudiana desde los presupuestos ideológicos del feminismo y el ecologismo. Se pretende así ofrecer algunas ideas acerca de la necesaria propuesta de reconstrucción sociocultural que se está planteando desde dichos ámbitos para transitar a un mundo justo y sostenible.
This article proposes a reflection on the actions that ecofeminist theory and artistic practice are proposing as a way to face the current ecological and social crisis. In order to tackle this question, a double parallel study will be carried out. On the one hand, tackling the reflections that authors such as Alicia H. Puleo, Yayo Herrero, Vandana Shiva, or Val Plumwood have elaborated on the binomial culture/nature. On the other hand, analysing the works by four contemporary European figurative female painters who are working around the Freudian concept of the uncanny from the ideological presmises of feminism and ecologism. Thus, we intend to offer some ideas about the necessary proposal for sociocultural reconstruction that these areas are considering in order to move towards a just and sustainable world. |
