The questionnaire work was designed in two parts: the first part contains questions/variables about personal information and organizational structure while the second part contains two scales: one developed by Wrigthsman (1992) to determine the general cynicism level and the other developed by Brandes (1997) to determine the organizational cynicism level. As a result of the analyses, general cynicism and organizational cynicism were reduced to three dimensions as cognitive, affective and behavioral and were named accordingly.
