Even thought, the of democratic participation trough communication’s nets are being exploited. But this cannot be studied without critical sense. So, this work seeks to investigate fi rst about popularization of Communication and Information Technologies (the CITs). Due to this, new experiences the concepts of direct and indirect democracy, to shape a concrete idea of participatory democracy. Th en, aims also to verify its probable implementation trough the ICTs. |
