Description
Summary:Addressing the topic "organizational civilization" in the era of transition from the issue of quality and entrance to the age of innovation and entrepreneurship, which I have put forward as a model broader than the other existing models for evaluating organizational promotion, does not have a long history in the existing literature of different areas of management.
Along with the introduction of organizational civilization, which looks at the organizational promotion from a different perspective, the following question is addressed: "How can we present a practical definition of organizational civilization in such a way that it is not only acceptable, but it can also measure organizational civilization so that we can put forward the question of how education can affect the formation and promotion of it?"
In this paper , in addition to presenting some definitions of organizational civilization and its role in comparison with other aspects of success factors for organizations, the role of education and developing human resources in the formation and promotion of organizational civilization has been discussed.
