| Summary: | The analysis of the normative document DOC GEN 010, which is regulating the procedure for conducting qualification examinations and the procedure for certification of personnel performing industrial non-destructive testing in the Nordic countries, has been performed. The document was developed by the organization NORDTEST, which is the single organ of the Nordic countries in the field of conformity assessment. The considered document establishes additional requirements for the preparation, content and procedure for conducting qualification examinations and the certification procedure in general, in relation to the current international standard ISO 9712. The scheme provides the qualification level of NDT personnel, which is recognized, and in some cases is regulated by state bodies and consumers of NDT services in Nordic countries. |
