Description
Summary:Communication in higher education is an extremely important process because the internal and external relationships in higher education institutions are determined by the way in which communication takes place. The internal communication is between the academic management and its staff but also its students, whereas the external communication involves the potential students as well as the academic stakeholders. Consequently, this paper aims at presenting the internal and external communication in higher education institutions. The results show that both forms of communication are very important for ensuring the higher education institution’s visibility on the market.
