Summary:This study aims to contribute to research in business ethics application, by studying one of the contemporary instruments of applying business ethics. The research focuses on Islamic business ethics in comparison to Christian business ethics and discusses its application using a comparative perspective. First, this chapter aims to address the Islamic understanding of what ethics means? What is the relationship between ethics, human nature and religion in Islam? While providing an introductory analysis on Islamic ethical standards, the chapter highlights first (1) the business ethical values and principles of Islamic ethics, second (2) the business ethical values and principles of Turkish Islamic ethics, third (3), the business ethical values and principles of Christian Romanian ethics.
