This paperwork presents a case study from automotive industry, of applying People Development Concept, in a unique and personalized approach to company needs. A systemic outlook and an appropriate involvement support the company's continuous improvement efforts. Going forward, the People Development Concept approach of the mentioned elements are described, showing in parallel the evolution of the implementation in an automotive respectable company.
