Hujung Langit was an ancient archaeological sites lies in Dusun Harakuning, Sukau Distric, West Lampung. Here lies a stone inscription from 10 century and the dispersion fragments of ceramic and earthenware spread over approximately in 55ha. Recent analysis of earthen ware in 1995 goes the assumption that it has a relation with religious activities. Taken sample of earthenware in 2012 research in widely spots of the land resultingthat the tipology of earthenware addly more diverse than before that it is consisting not only container-type but also a non-container (platform-based, gacuk) these varies of findings reveal a new assumption that this site is not only as a religious sites precisely in a north side but also as a settlement lies around it that then both being actively used in the same period of space and time.

ABSTRAK
Hujung Langit merupakan nama situs yang terletak di Dusun Harakuning Kecamatan Sukau Kabupaten Lampung Barat. Di situs tersebut terdapat temuan arkeologis berupa batu prasasti yang berasal dari abad ke 10 M, fragmen keramik serta tembikar yang tersebar pada areal seluas 55 ha. Analisis tembikar di sekitar area prasasti pada tahun 1995 menghasilkan asumsi bahwa tembikar-tembikar tersebut berkaitan dengan aktivitas upacara. Pada tahun 2012 dilakukan pengambilan fragmen tembikar pada area yang lebih luas (utara, selatan, barat, timur dan tengah) hasil analisis tembikar pada temuan tersebut ternyata lebih beragam dari temuan sebelumnya yaitu tidak hanya berupa wadah, tetapi juga non-wadah (tatakan tungku dan gacuk). Kehadiran temuan yang lebih beragam tersebut dalam lingkup area yang lebih luas memunculkan asumsi baru yaitu bahwa fungsi situs selain sebagai area religi (khususnya pada bagian utara/sekitar prasasti) ternyata juga berfungsi sebagai permukiman di luar area itu pada waktu dan ruang yang sama.
