| description | In this study, the complete mitochondrial genome of Stolephorus commersonii is determined. Phylogenetic tree was constructed based on the complete mitogenome of S. commersonii and closely related 17 other species to assess its phylogenic relationship and evolution. The findings of the study will contribute to the phylogenetic classification and the genetic conservation management of S. commersonii. |
