Summary: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeksripsikan kategori dan
peran semantis dari argumen verba dalam naskah berita media
daring liputan6.com, cnnindonesia.com, dan sindonews.com.
Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan jenis
penelitian deskriptif. Dalam mengumpulkan data digunakan
teknik dokumentasi, yaitu dengan membaca keseluruhan sumber
data, dan mencatat data yang diperlukan. Analisis data dilakukan
dengan teknik ganti dan teknik sisip. Berdasarkan analisis data,
diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut. Pertama, kategori verba keadaan
yang bersubkategori verba keadaan posesi, verba keadaan
pengalaman, verba keadaan lokatif, dan verba keadaan yang
bukan posesi, pengalaman, dan lokatif. Kedua, verba aksi yang
bersubkategori verba aksi benefaktif, verba aksi pengalaman,
verba aksi lokatif, dan verba aksi yang bukan benefaktif,
pengalaman, dan lokatif. Ketiga yaitu verba proses yang
bersubkategori verba proses benefaktif, verba proses pengalaman,
dan verba proses yang bukan benefaktif, pengalaman, dan lokatif.
Peran semantis yang diperoleh yaitu pengalam, pengalam hasil,
pengalam stimulus, pengalam lokatif, agen, pemengaruh, agen
penerima, agen penderita, dan agen lokatif.

This research aims to describe the categories and semantic roles of
verbs in the news text of online media liputan6.com,
cnnindonesia.com, and sindonews.com. The research was
conducted with a qualitative approach and descriptive research.
In collecting the data, used the documentation technique, which is
read the entire data source and record the data needed. The analysis is done with changing technique and insertion technique.
Based on data analysis, the following results are obtained. First,
the state verb, consists of possess, experience, locative and the
state verb which not include in that three categories. Second,
action verb, consists of benefactive, experience, locative, and the
action verb which not include in that three categories. Third,
process verb consists of benefactive, experiences, and process
verba which not include in that categories. The semantic roles
obtained in this research is experience, experience-product,
experience-stimulus, experience-locative, agent, influencer, agentreceiver, agent-patient, and agent-locative.
