| description | Intrahepatic portosystemic venous shunt (IPSVS) is a rare vascular abnormality that involves abnormal

should be considered in symptomatic patients with a high-flow shunt. This report presents a patient
with congenital IPSVS with sudden onset hepatic encephalopathy treated using percutaneous transhepatic
embolization. |
