| Summary: | This paper underlines the importance of German as a foreign language and its translation processes in different fields. There are different types of translations, on the one hand the translation of texts and on the other hand simultaneous translation during a conversation, the so-called interpretation.Language is in today’s life, especially within the European Union, not a huge hurdle, as the cultural exchange increases. In the future, language barriers between people will still exist and therefore the need for translations, consequently we sometimes still will be confronted with these problems. |
