Study of the catalyst for the vapor phase selective oxidation from p-tert butyl toluene to p-tert benzalde-hyde(选择氧化制对叔丁基苯甲醛催化剂研究)
制备了用于气相选择性氧化制对叔丁基苯甲醛的催化剂.通过反应温度、进料浓度、空速、催化剂寿命等条件的考察,讨论了影响反应的因素.结果表明,在合适的反应条件下产物对叔丁基苯甲醛选择性可达80 mol%以上,反应物对叔丁基甲苯转化率大于12 mol%,且催化剂经365 h长时间寿命试验活性仍较稳定,无论从工业应用前景角度来看,还是在环境保护方面都具有很大意义....
