| Summary: | This article explores the possibility to conceive the contemporary developmen from a "neogramscian political economy". We take as reference the work of a brazilian author, named Dr. Dinizar Becker (1947-2003). The first part of that article makes mention of the theoretical bases that support the work of this author. Next, we treat about what here we called the focus of the political economy of neogramscian development. Therefore, at first we refers to the theory of economic-financial transnational nature and in the second time we refers to the antithesis of regionalization; to ultimately highlight the synthesis of political and institutional flexibility. |
